The Berlin Fan Page was started in May of 1996 by RJA of Dayton, Ohio and was called
"RJA's Berlin Page."

It contained one page with a discography for one of RJA's favorite bands.

About the same time, "scotto" in Carlsbad, California was looking for information about one of his favorite vocalist and stumbled across this page. In the early days there was very little information because it only came from RJA and scotto.

In the fall of 1996 Terri Nunn reformed Berlin and started touring in Southern California.

As the word got out and people started finding the berlinpage, fan submissions of all kinds poured into the page. As the content grew, RJA's monthly hosting bill started to rival the national debt. scotto provided web space on one of his servers and RJA maintained it from Ohio.

More fans and some past band members started to find the page and submit material, and the content continued to grow. scotto started to help maintain the page.

Over the years the berlinpage has grown to over 30GB worth of content, almost all has been fan submitted.

The maintainence of the page was beginning to be a major chore. Everything was hand coded and was taking a lot of time out of RJA and scotto's schedule. Both webmasters have full time jobs and the page maintainence was beginning to be overwhelming.

In November of 2001 a complete re-write of the berlinpage was started. The hope was to present the content in a more organized form and make the page easier to maintain. The berlinpage v2 went live on May 15, 2002.

There is no official connection between Berlin, their management, or any record company and the Berlin Fan Page. However, we maintain a close relationship and are supportive of the band and their goals.
